Q. How long does it take to create an e-commerce website?

A. We usually ask you to prepare the following materials:

  • S/H rates, terms and conditions

Q. How will I be notified about customer orders?
A. For every order, our e-commerce system sends an order notification email to both your designated email address and the customer. Customer information and order status can be accessed through our browser-based management system. Searches for past orders can also be conducted by last name, order number, email address, and other selected criteria in our fully customized system.
Q. Can I add some features later on?

A: For fully customized systems there are no fixed term contracts. You only need to pay for hosting or when we make changes or update your website. For startup online stores we can implement an e-commerce platform with customized design with monthly charges based on number of products and store sales. We also offer maintenance packages for ongoing design, content and marketing work.
Q. Will I need to contact btrax to update products on my website?
A. The majority of our e-commerce clients choose to add an administrative backend, which provides the flexibility to make changes on you side with no code knowledge. From these admin pages, you can easily add products, delete products, update images, modify prices, view order statuses, put products on-sale, send out discount codes, or announce a product as sold out.
btrax’s advanced admin systems allow you to add new pages, reorder presentation, change shipping data per item, create gift registries, organize event and manage customer mailing lists.
Q. How will customers find my store?
