Q. How will I be notified about customer orders?
A. For every order, our e-commerce system sends an order notification email to both your designated email address and the customer. Q. Will I need to contact btrax to update products on my website?
A. The majority of our e-commerce clients choose to add an administrative backend, which provides the flexibility to make changes on you side with no code knowledge. From these admin pages, you can easily add products, delete products, update images, modify prices, view order statuses, put products on-sale, send out discount codes, or announce a product as sold out.
