quote request.
02. Initial proposal
Our business development team will draw up an initial estimate based upon average development time for your specific needs.
03. Contract signing
After receiving any feedback on the initial proposal, we revise it to become the project’s Scope of Work (SOW) attached to our standard contract.
04. Project deposit & kickoff
A typical project requires payment of 50% of the estimated total to start the production process. btrax's assigns a specific project manager who will stay in close communciation through btrax's project management (bpm) system.
05. Pre-production planning
btrax’s project manager discusses in-depth your target audience and facilitates several rounds of mockups between you and our designers.
06. Consulting & strategy
Our marketing and branding professionals analyze competitor sites, identify niche audiences, suggest new revenue streams and provide advice on emerging web strategies.
07. Content delivery
Unless contracted for content creation, clients provide finalized text, images, logos, graphics, data, and other necessary content for the project.
08. Production start
Upon receipt of all content, our designers create mockups with several rounds of feedback. Programmers than translate finalized designs into web pages and ingergate with necessary backend tools.
09. Production completion
After all deliverables are completed and signed off, we complete the production process with the remaining 50% of the estimated total.
10. Going live
Once our Q&A team has thoroughly tested the website your website goes live with the btrax team continuing to provide complimentary adjustments for up to two weeks.
