The btrax marketing team determined the target users of Calbee San Francisco as 20 to 40 year old women, so the challenge here was to unify the total branding to something that they might favor. We designed the shop appearance and all materials of Calbee San Francisco along this branding concept. This concept naturally found its way to the website as well to keep the same atmosphere. We implemented a large-sliding banner on homepage to show the shop concept and campaign clearly to users. Also we connected different social media networks into the website, since most users gather their information via social media activity.

Social Media

Social media is also key factor to attract potential Calbee fans. For grand opening, btrax held the Calbee naming contest for the main character (Caleena) on Facebook in advance, and then announced her name at the grand opening event.  An official Facebook fanpage and Twitter account was also created to help plan and post useful contents to fans.
