In A Nutshell

Responsible for implementing final design comps with W3C compliant XHTML/CSS (table-less layout), JavaScript/CSS based DHTML.

Create unique interactive Flash module with ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0. Experience in Flash video, audio , 3d and animation are all pluses.

Your responsibilies
  • Gather feedback from design and technical staff on development requirements
  • Provide troubleshooting and 2nd-tier support for existing applications
  • Author complex web pages using JavaScript, XHTML and XML
  • Create interactive Flash using ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0
  • Communicate with internal team and external vendors
  • Test and debug websites
  • Other duties may be occasionally required in addition to these typical responsibilities
We need
  • A responsive and responsible communicator
  • At least 2-3 years web development experience
  • Ability to code XHTML, CSS and JavaScript by hand according to strict web standards
  • Proficient in ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0
  • A strong and versatile sense of design
Bonus skills
  • Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Spanish language proficiency
  • AJAX scripting skills
Everything else
  • Approximately 85% of time spent on the job involves use of a computer at our office location. Some work can be done from home on a per project basis.

    Consistent attendance is required. Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, such as nights, on an as-needed basis. Team members must be able to effectively handle multiple projects on deadline.
