We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
ABOUT US
btrax is a rapidly growing web design, development and branding firm based in San Francisco. Our dedicated in-house staff have worked for organizations such as Google, Adobe, IBM, Sony and the United Nations. Located in the heart of SoMa, our office shares the block with high-tech luminaries Technorati, Current.tv, Twitter, Six Apart and Wired Magazine.
YOUR ROLE
-
Designs project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Reviews deliverables prepared by internal team and clients.

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Communicates with internal teams and external resources as well as clients for smooth project flow.
-
Seeks for the best possible ways to make project on-time.
In addition to these typical responsibilities, performs other duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS

Able to read, write, and speak Japanese
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent 4 years' worth of higher education.

Ability to lead the work flow for interactive projects.
-
Ability to estimate costs and build timelines for interactive projects.

Ability to identify and contract with key production partners to supplement Agency's internal skill set.

Experience in managing multiple projects to complete work on time and on budget.

Strong presentation and training skill to improve internal and client understanding of web development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong internal and external presentation skills.

EVERYTHING ELSE
Approximately 85% of time spent on the job involves use of a computer at our office location. Some work can be done from home on a per project basis.
Consistent attendance is required. Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, such as nights, on an as-needed basis. Team members must be able to effectively handle multiple projects on deadline.
