Web designers for designing visual elements as well as fron-end coding for websites. This is an internship position with a possibility for a permanent position.

1. Creating static mock-ups for websites.
2. Designing visual elements including logo, icon, banner and navigational system.
3. Coding W3C compliant XHTML/CSS.
4. Creating Flash animation.
5. Communicates with interactive designer for smooth project flow.
6. Seeks for the best possible ways to make project on-time.

In addition to these typical responsibilities, performs other duties as necessary.

- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of design skills.

- Mid-level Flash skill.
- Proficient in Photoshop.
- XHTML/CSS coding skill.
- Eager to lean new skills.

Primarily works in an office environment. Approximately 85% of time spent on the job involves use of a computer. Must be able to use standard office equipment such as copiers, faxes, mailing machinery.

Employees must adhere to all applicable btrax policies and procedures. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, such as nights, on an as-needed basis, is required. Employees must be able to cope effectively with deadlines and multiple demands.
